Project Role : Custom Software Engineer
Project Role Description : Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.

Summary:
As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application requirements are met, overseeing the development process, and providing guidance to team members. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the applications align with business needs and technical specifications, while fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Configure and implement SAP Service Management (SM) module to meet business requirements.
- Work on Service Contracts, Service Notifications, Service Orders, Resource-related billing, and integration with SAP SD and MM.
- Handle business process mapping, gap analysis, and documentation of functional requirements.
- Manage incident, problem, and change requests related to SAP SM applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integration with FI, CO, PM, and CRM modules.
- Provide production support and troubleshoot issues in Service Management processes.
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support with business users.
- Prepare and deliver functional specifications for custom developments and enhancements.
- Lead end-user training and knowledge transfer sessions.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ECC or S/4HANA Service Management module.
- Experience in at least one full-cycle implementation and two support projects.
- Strong knowledge of Service Contracts, Warranties, Notifications, and Order Processing.
- Exposure to Customer Service integration with Sales, MM, and Finance modules.
- Hands-on experience in RICEFW development coordination and functional testing.

Additional Information:
- Sound understanding of SAP SM master data, pricing, and billing integration.
- Familiarity with S/4HANA Service Management (S/4HANA Service) or Customer Service (CS) module.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and client interaction skills.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
