The position demands overseeing the application lifecycle from conception through deployment, ensuring that solutions meet business needs and technical standards. Collaboration with various teams to align objectives and deliverables is a key aspect, along with troubleshooting and refining applications to optimize performance and user experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of application development activities to meet project goals.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and quality standards throughout the software development process.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in OpenText Documentum.
- Strong knowledge of content management systems and enterprise document management solutions.
- Experience in designing and implementing custom workflows and integrations within OpenText Documentum.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to application configuration and deployment.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and version control systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in OpenText Documentum.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
