- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Manufacturing Engineering L2 Automation.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in designing and implementing automation solutions within manufacturing environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize automated systems for improved performance.
- Familiarity with integration of custom software components into larger system architectures.
- Competence in using modern development tools and frameworks to build scalable applications.
