Summary: Procurement SME who works under general supervision (but works independently most of the time) responsible for analysis, design and development of dashboards, apps that meet business and technical requirements and that satisfies the end-to-end framework as outlined by supervisor and peer groups (per organizational technical/functional design)

Major Duties:

  • Carry out in-depth analysis and create dashboards which in turn aids in decision making in Category planning and contribute to other efficiencies within the procurement processes

  • Own the Spend analytics and procurement KPI dashboard

  • Identify the hidden data patterns and highlight the management team

  • Own the procurement spend dashboard, scorecard and automation projects and work towards Process standardization through industry best practices using VBA, Power BI, SharePoint & Power Apps/automate

  • Understand the data and perform descriptive and predictive analytics

  • Collaborate with multiple BU’s and Global Category Managers to transition from report generation to data analytics, allowing for increased insights and capabilities for Onshore Category teams

  • Develop relevant practices and procedures for preparing business reports including creating and maintaining efficient and secure systems for recording data

  • Create and optimize daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual reporting and analysis. Reports of historic data, showing hidden pattern and trend which help to drive Procurement and financial performance

  • Aggregate and analyze data from multiples tools and systems to derive business insights

  • Create and provide Business Intelligence and solutions, which will result in effective buying channels from suppliers, increased productivity, improved metric performance for quality and delivery and other metrics

  • Own the quality data delivery to stakeholders

  • Initiates action to discover new reporting opportunities, new ways to leverage existing data and report tools, and new analysis that will contribute to the success of the business unit

  • Reviews documents, existing procedures, and processes and recommends where improved processes can be implemented.

  • Strong communications, analytical and problem-solving skills are required to manage the projects. 

Skills & Requirements:

  • Graduate/above degree.

  • 6 to 8 years of experience in Business, Supply Chain Management or Finance and/or in Reporting and analysis area

  • Knowledge of supply chain management and procurement life cycle

  • Knowledge of Coupa (P2P system) would be an added advantage

  • Minimum 4 years of development experience in Power BI, Power Views, Power Query, SQL scripting, Advanced Excel, VBA, SharePoint and reporting tools

  • Experience in MS Access, SQL scripting, Big Data, Python, Exploratory Analytics using R programming would be an added advantage

  • Must be a good team player and forward thinker, to understand the vision of the organization to implement and deploy the necessary actions to meet business objectives

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Shift: EMEA - 1:30PM to 10:30PM IST
