  1. Operational support to Global Risk Management & Monitoring community:  
  2. Serve as an extension of the onshore team to support tool operations and insights delivery.  
  3. Partner with internal stakeholders across the firm to support tools and programs used for reporting, analysis, and decision-making.  
  4. Review and validate submissions received from member firms, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and adherence to reporting requirements. Also analyze submissions and reporting outputs to identify trends, risks, and key insights that can be shared with the broader team. 
  5. Monitor and manage shared mailboxes, including drafting responses to stakeholder queries and coordinating internal reviews prior to final responses being issued. 
  6. Ensure data quality and integrity by performing initial reviews of incoming data, identifying gaps, inconsistencies, or anomalies, and escalating concerns where required.  
  7. Promote continuous improvement by proactively identifying process inefficiencies, recurring stakeholder issues, or opportunities to enhance reporting quality and user experience. 
  8. Anticipate potential challenges, address issues proactively, and inform management timely for necessary actions or escalations. 
  9. Provide Analytics, visualization & support for Power BI dashboards: including user access assistance, development of training and documentation, data validation, and user testing ongoing enhancements, including innovation in metrics/designs. 
  10. Providing support to GRMM: Provide day to day administration of internal tools, including maintaining findings, remedial actions, and user submissions and troubleshoot tool related issues raised by users by researching root causes and coordinating resolution with appropriate teams. 
  11. Collaborate across departments: working closely with extended teams in other global locations, member firms in the KPMG network, and other teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of projects and processes. 
  12. Deliver impactful analysis & reporting: analyze data and provide relevant, timely and engaging reporting to senior stakeholders. 

Propose enhancements to procedures and processes by incorporating automation and AI tools to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of day-to-day tasks.

Job Requirements: (Work Hours 2pm -10.30pm IST/4.30am- 1pm EST)

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering/technology. 
  • 5-8 years of experience in Data Analytics and Business process risk/Enterprise Risk Management
  • Excellent communication and written skills, including high proficiency in written English. 

  • Good experience of Microsoft applications including Advanced MS Excel, VBA, SQL, SharePoint, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Scripting knowledge is beneficial.
  • Experience of Power BI, Power App and AI tools, e.g., Power Automate preferred. 
  • Accountable and collaborative approach, and with excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Identifying critical and severe requests and able to manage them efficiently. 
  • Adaptive, quick learner and attention to detail.
  • Proactive, can work with minimal supervision, and work in continuous improvements.
