About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Consultant – Power Platform Developer with strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform development, workflow automation, PowerShell scripting, enterprise integrations, and application support. The role involves designing, developing, supporting, and optimizing enterprise-scale Power Platform solutions and automation frameworks supporting critical business operations and digital transformation initiatives.
The ideal candidate will possess deep hands-on experience in Power Apps, Power Automate, PowerShell, Dataverse, enterprise integrations, and production support, along with the ability to provide technical leadership, mentor team members, and collaborate with global stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Application Support & Operations
- Act as an escalation point for complex platform, workflow, integration, and automation-related issues.
- Monitor workflows, automation jobs, application logs, alerts, and overall platform health.
- Perform incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), troubleshooting, and issue resolution within SLA timelines.
- Support deployments, environment refreshes, migrations, and release activities.
- Coordinate with infrastructure, database, security, and vendor teams for issue resolution.
- Ensure adherence to ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management.
- Support major incidents, disaster recovery exercises, and business continuity activities.
- Maintain operational documentation, SOPs, support runbooks, and knowledge repositories.
Power Platform Development
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications and workflow automation solutions using:
- Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps)
- Power Automate
- Dataverse
- Power BI Integration (preferred)
- Build scalable workflow automation, approval systems, notifications, and business process solutions.
- Develop reusable components, custom connectors, and automation frameworks.
- Support environment strategy, governance, deployment, security, and lifecycle management.
- Optimize application performance, workflow execution, and platform utilization.
- Conduct solution reviews and recommend architecture and design improvements.
PowerShell & Automation
- Design, develop, and maintain advanced PowerShell automation solutions.

- Microsoft Graph API

- Work with JSON/XML payloads, OAuth authentication, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries supporting enterprise applications and reporting requirements.
- Support Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL Server, and enterprise data integrations.
- Troubleshoot data synchronization, connectivity, and integration issues.
Technical Leadership
- Mentor junior developers and support engineers.
- Conduct code reviews and solution quality assessments.
- Establish development standards and best practices.
- Support project estimation, solution design, and technical reviews.
- Collaborate with architects and business stakeholders to deliver scalable enterprise solutions.

- 6–8 years of relevant experience in Power Platform Development, Automation Engineering, and Application Support.
- Strong experience delivering enterprise-scale Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.
- Experience supporting production-critical enterprise applications and automation platforms.
- Demonstrated experience leading technical troubleshooting and complex production issue resolution.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications are highly desirable.
