Chief Platform Head - Automotive

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Own end‑to‑end TCP delivery for all projects under the platform
• Set and cascade vehicle and system‑level TCP targets across projects
• Drive inter‑project and inter‑function trade‑offs within approved limits
• Decide acceptance or rejection of TCP deviations and lead escalations
• Ensure alignment of engineering, manufacturing, purchase and finance decisions to platform TCP
• Approve reallocation of material cost and investments within defined thresholds
• Resolve inter‑system and inter‑function conflicts decisively
• Ensure timely vehicle handover to manufacturing, sales and marketing with quality sign‑offs
• Own platform budgets and monitor utilization with finance
• Ensure process adherence, quality standards and stage‑gate discipline across projects
