As a Business Process Architect, a typical day involves analyzing and designing innovative business processes to develop comprehensive documentation that supports the implementation of new processes and technologies. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders to define product requirements and use cases that align with process and functional needs. The position also includes participating in user and task analysis to accurately represent business demands, ensuring that solutions are well-informed and effectively address organizational goals. The role demands a thoughtful approach to bridging business objectives with technological advancements through detailed process design and stakeholder engagement.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of business process documentation to ensure clarity and usability across departments.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment and understanding of process requirements.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Native HANA SQL Modeling & Development.
- Strong expertise in data modeling and database design principles related to SAP HANA environments.
- Experience in optimizing SQL queries and developing efficient data retrieval strategies.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions within SAP HANA.
- Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP HANA and other enterprise systems.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving performance issues in SAP HANA SQL models.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP Native HANA SQL Modeling & Development.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
