1 Solution Design Architecture

Define endtoend architecture for systems applications or platforms

Translate business requirements into technical designs and blueprints

Create highlevel HLD and lowlevel design LLD documents

Ensure scalability performance security and reliability of solutions

Select appropriate technology stack frameworks and patterns

2 Stakeholder Engagement

Collaborate with

oBusiness stakeholders

oProduct owners

oDelivery teams

Act as a bridge between business and technology

Provide technical guidance and advisory to leadership

3 Technology Strategy Roadmap

Define the technology roadmap aligned with business goals

Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies and tools

Drive digital transformation and innovation initiatives

4 Governance Standards

Establish and enforce

oArchitecture standards

oDesign principles

oCoding and integration best practices

Ensure compliance with

oSecurity standards eg OWASP Zero Trust

oRegulatory requirements eg PCI DSS GDPR

5 Integration Ecosystem Design

Design integration architecture APIs middleware eventdriven Microservices

Ensure seamless connectivity across

oCMS platforms eg Drupal Sitecore

oAnalytics tools Adobe GA

oCRMCDP systems

Define data flow APIs and system dependencies

6 Performance Scalability Reliability

Architect for

oHigh availability HA

oDisaster recovery DR

oLoad balancing and caching strategies

Conduct and guide performance tuning and capacity planning

7 Security Architecture

Define security architecture and controls

Implement

oAuthentication authorization

oData encryption

oAPI security

Address privacy and consent frameworks eg OneTrust integrations

8 Delivery Support Oversight

Provide technical leadership to development teams

Review code design and implementation

Resolve complex technical issues and bottlenecks

Ensure adherence to architecture during implementation

9 Documentation Communication

Maintain

oArchitecture diagrams

oDesign documents

oTechnical specifications

Present architecture decisions to stakeholders and governance boards

10 Risk Management

Identify and mitigate

oTechnical risks

oIntegration risks

oVendor dependencies

Define fallback and contingency solutions

11 Vendor Tool Management

Evaluate thirdparty tools and platforms

Work with vendors eg Adobe MuleSoft cloud providers

Ensure interoperability and SLA adherence

12 Continuous Improvement

Drive

oReusability and component standardization

Conduct architecture reviews and retrospectives
