Associate Contracts Analyst

Job Overview

While working under direct supervision, collaborate with project teams to establish suitable contract terms and conditions.
· Develop and prepare Contracts
· Act as secondary customer interface on small size projects
· Support small and mid-sized customers or projects.
· Assist with preparing, reviewing, finalizing, and distributing budgets and contracts.
· Maintain and update contract databases.
· Collaborate with internal stakeholders to effectively resolve budgets for each work order or change order. Facilitate internal meetings to review customer requirements and pinpoint any inconsistencies in the information provided by customers.
· Align the contract with client needs using a work order or master service agreement.
· Conduct thorough quality control reviews on all documents, and contribute to the completion and dissemination of finalized materials to clients and internal departments.
· Serve as the main GBO contact for both internal and external customers when developing new award preliminary and full contracts. Create and carry out execution plans for all preliminary contracts related to new awards to ensure they are completed on time.

Qualifications
1 to 3 years of experience.
· Knowledge of CRO Industry.
· Experience of working on Microsoft Excel, Word and understanding of costing models.
· Ability to interpret Contracts and protocols.
· Possess strong analytical skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and customers.
