We are seeking an experienced SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) Consultant with 6–8 years of expertise in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP SD solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, sales order management, pricing, billing, shipping, and integration with other SAP modules such as MM, FI, WM/EWM, and PP. Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Gather business requirements and provide SAP SD solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
- Configure and support SAP SD processes including:
- Sales Order Management
- Quotations & Contracts
- Pricing & Discounts
- Delivery & Shipping
- Billing & Invoicing
- Returns & Credit Management
- Participate in end-to-end SAP implementation, rollout, migration, and support projects.
- Design and configure sales document types, item categories, schedule lines, and copy controls.
- Manage customer master data and partner determination processes.
- Configure pricing procedures, output determination, and text determination.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to optimize Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
- Work on integration with SAP MM, FI, PP, WM/EWM, and TM modules.
- Support testing activities including Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, and production deployment.
- Analyze and resolve production support issues within SLA timelines.
- Prepare functional specifications for developments, enhancements, reports, forms, and interfaces.
- Conduct user training and support change management initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6–8 years of hands-on experience in SAP SD.
- Strong expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes.
- Experience with SAP SD configuration and customization.
- Deep knowledge of:
- Sales Orders
- Pricing Procedures
- Billing Processes
- Shipping & Transportation
- Credit Management
- Output Management
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA SD implementations or support projects.
- Strong understanding of integration with SAP MM, FI, PP, WM/EWM, and TM.
- Experience in preparing functional specifications and working with ABAP teams.
- Knowledge of IDOCs, interfaces, and ALE concepts.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA Migration/Transformation projects.
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori applications related to Sales and Distribution.
- SAP SD Certification.
- Experience working in global support or AMS environments.
- Exposure to EDI and third-party system integrations.
