Assistant Manager - Kyriba

•Study treasury processes (cash positioning, payments, bank statements, reconciliation, FX basics) through SOPs, shadowing, and training.
•Prepare and validate data files (CSV/XML/JSON) for test runs; check field mappings and naming conventions.
•Maintain clear documentation: meeting notes, configuration trackers, test evidence, and issue logs.
•Perform basic configurations in the Treasury management system under guidance (e.g., user admin, static data set-up, templates, schedulers).
•Draft and execute test scripts; capture expected vs. actual results.
•Log and track connectivity issues and escalate with clear evidence
•Assist in setting up file- or API-based data flows between ERP/AP/GL and the treasury system.
•Perform excel based analysis of client’s data and translate any reporting requirements into visual graphs
•Ensure timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards.
