Assistant Manager-KDNI-IT Strategy
•Ability to drive engagements in the assessment of technology for organizations - IT Strategy, IT operating model, Enterprise Architecture, IT capabilities maturity assessment, IT processes re-engineering, Application rationalization, and IT organization as the sole point of contact from KDN (offshore) for the client facing KPMG team (onsite)
•Providing IT function performance and cost reviews; benchmarking against best practices. Running IT organization development and transformation. Aligning Business with IT strategy & planning by building effective IT Governance frameworks
•Focus on providing IT Transformation advisory, design and drive organizational change by formulating detailed use cases for how an organization can achieve its business goals by using IT
•Ability to assist in development of and demonstrate proficiency in all the deliverables including; secondary research, analysis, detailed baselining, report writing, and preparing executive level presentations.
•Be part of the initiatives at CIO Advisory level and innovate on our current thinking to develop new approaches to change how organizations transform themselves with respect to technology and adopt emerging technologies
•Expertise in eliciting and documenting business requirements through various methods, such as interviews, workshops, and surveys. Ability to analyze and convert business needs into functional specifications
•Ability to analyze data trends to support business decisions and experience in leveraging data visualization and reporting tools to communicate insights effectively
•Ability to develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocations that align with business requirements and constraints. Coordinate project activities across different teams and departments to ensure seamless execution and collaboration
•Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in one or more key areas of focus mentioned below:

•Graduate in Engineering (preferably in Computer Science or Information Technology)
•MBA (preferably from Tier -1 Institute in India or abroad)
