Assistant Manager-KDNI

•Manage Project Financials for a Global Strategic Initiative•Manage & Implements required set of tools•Manage and regularly update relevant collaboration portals.•Support the Budget creation for the Global program•Review and align on key data points for annual planning around headcount, travel, Marketing and General expenses etc.•Support creation, validation and analysis of project budgets and financial health•Financial budget preparation and then tracking budget vs actuals along with the commentary•Monthly accrual recording and reporting along with financial statements publications•Working with Global Finance on invoice workflows and adjustments•Preparation of monthly, quarterly, yearly governance decks and reports (for Global Finance and Leadership)•Ad-hoc task data analysis across the funders•Management reporting along with department reviews (Monthly & Quarterly)•Capitalization report preparation•Code management across the workstreams•Cost center hierarchy management•7+ years of experience with reporting, budget management, and stakeholder management•Strong executive communication skills (written and verbal)•Minimum five years of accounting, finance and/or reporting experience; preferably from a professional services firm•Proficient in Excel and executive reporting including slide deck creation and summary storyboard tables; Use of tools such as: Alteryx, Qlik, Power BI, Macros is an added advantage•A good team player always available for supporting other team members across all core businessMust be able to work with a high level of accuracy and pride in achievements
•Bachelor’s degree in Finance from an accredited college or university; CPA preferred•Master’s degree is a plus•Experience in creating the Power BI dashboards•Exposure to interacting with different stakeholdersExperience Level
