AI Architect - Agentic AI and Generative AI Systems

Role Overview

Hands-on Architect responsible for designing and building scalable Agentic AI systems leveraging Python backends, Generative AI, and multi-agent orchestration frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Agentic AI architectures (Planner, Supervisor, multi-agent workflows)
• Build RAG systems with vector DB and semantic search
• Develop Python backend APIs (FastAPI/Flask)
• Implement LLM pipelines and prompt engineering strategies
• Integrate agents with enterprise systems (APIs, DBs, tools)
• Optimize performance (latency, cost, accuracy)
• Drive best practices: code reviews, design, observability
• Mentor team and guide architecture decisions

Required Skills

• Strong Python backend development
• Experience in Agentic AI / multi-agent systems
• LLMs, prompt engineering, reasoning frameworks
• RAG pipelines & vector databases
• Microservices & API design
• Azure/AWS/GCP AI services, Docker, Kubernetes
