Job Title: Application Support Lead – Applications & AIS Monitoring

Job Location: Bangalore or Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities

• Lead 24×7 monitoring team handling all enterprise apps.
• Manage alerting, dashboards, runbooks, and real-time health checks.
• Ensure proactive detection of service degradation, job failures, API errors, VM health issues.
• Oversee L1 triage and escalation.
• Manage rotating shifts and on-call support.

Education Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Engineering.

Certifications (Preferred)

• Dynatrace / DataDog / Splunk
• Azure Monitor & KQL
