Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, your day involves acting as a software detective, diligently investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. You will engage in continuous monitoring and troubleshooting to ensure the smooth operation of critical applications, collaborating with different teams to maintain system reliability and performance. Your role requires a proactive approach to identifying potential problems before they impact business functions, contributing to a seamless user experience and supporting the overall health of the technology environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and resolve complex application issues.
- Document findings and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Application Performance Management Architecture.
- Good To Have Skills: Shell Scripting, Microsoft Azure Analytics Services, Python on Azure.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot application performance issues.
- Experience with monitoring tools and techniques to ensure system availability and reliability.
- Ability to interpret system logs and performance metrics to identify root causes.
- Familiarity with cloud-based environments and their impact on application performance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Application Performance Management Architecture.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
