Position Overview
We are looking for a seasoned Oracle Cloud Financials Manager to lead our finance technology initiatives. This role will oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Fusion Financials modules, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The Manager will act as a bridge between finance leadership, IT teams, and external partners, driving digital transformation and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the roadmap for Oracle Cloud Financials adoption and optimization.

Team Management: Lead a team of consultants and analysts, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance oversight.

Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with finance executives, auditors, and IT leadership to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Implementation Oversight: Manage end-to-end delivery of Oracle Fusion Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM).

Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, enhance reporting, and improve financial controls.

Risk & Compliance: Ensure adherence to corporate governance, SOX compliance, and audit requirements.

Vendor Management: Coordinate with Oracle and third-party vendors for upgrades, patches, and support.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Oracle Cloud Expertise: 10+ years of experience in Oracle Financials, with at least 3–5 years in Oracle Cloud/Fusion.

Leadership Experience: Proven track record managing teams and large-scale ERP projects.

Finance Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance frameworks.

Project Management: Skilled in managing timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams.

Communication Skills: Ability to present complex financial/technical concepts to senior stakeholders.

Professional certifications (CPA, CMA, PMP, or Oracle Cloud certifications) are a plus.
