As an Application Developer-III, you will play a vital role in our organization's technology infrastructure. Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and maintain complex applications and systems that support our business operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their requirements and translate them into efficient and scalable software solutions. Additionally, you will be involved in performance optimization, troubleshooting, and ensuring the security and integrity of our applications.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in application development, with a strong focus on complex systems.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++.
• Experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks (React, Angular).
• Solid understanding of database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and continuous integration tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
