The position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration within a dynamic work environment focused on delivering high-quality software solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to maintain optimal performance.
- Document application designs, configurations, and updates to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
- Experience in developing and customizing dashboards and reports to provide actionable business insights.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, data integration, and transformation techniques within business intelligence platforms.
- Ability to optimize application performance through efficient data handling and query design.
- Familiarity with connecting various data sources and ensuring data accuracy and consistency across reports.
- Skilled in collaborating with business users to translate complex requirements into effective BI solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
