Roles & responsibilities
•Weekly reconciliation of onshore and offshore timesheets
•Preparation of Weekly and monthly reports
•Supporting on Ad-hoc requests
•Assist in data collation for tasks under reporting on Hours/Utilization
•Data gathering
•Understanding of key metrics; business set up/ taxonomy
•Creation and maintenance of SOPs for operational activities

Educational qualifications
•Qualifications: Graduate (Commerce)
Work experience
•A graduate must have 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably with a Big 4 firm
Mandatory technical & functional skills
•MS Advance Excel (Intermediate)
•MS PowerPoint (Advanced)
•Knowledge of Alteryx
Preferred technical & functional skills
•Willingness to work in the afternoon shift (3 PM IST onwards) for maximum US coverage
•Knowledge of Data Analytics tools
•Multitasking Skills
•MS Access, Power Apps & Power Automate
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Team player
