Analyst
We are recruiting for an Analyst role in the Quality and Risk Management team
Key responsibilities will include:
•Support Client and Engagement Acceptance and Continuance (CEAC) evaluations by performing risk assessments in accordance with firm policies, procedures, and guidance
•Manage end‑to‑end case workflows using internal KPMG tools, ensuring timely and accurate processing of requests
•Liaise with engagement teams and other stakeholders to support delivery against service level agreements (SLAs), escalate urgent matters, and provide regular status updates
•Apply risk awareness and professional judgement to identify, assess, and clearly articulate risk considerations based on established process guidance and training
•Ensure required Risk Management and compliance information is obtained from engagement teams, and proactively follow up on missing or incomplete inputs
•Monitor and follow up on outstanding approvals, investigate inconsistencies, and support timely resolution
•Identify required risk mitigation measures (e.g., ethical dividers, disclosures, consents, conflict or independence-related documentation) and coordinate with the Partner Administrative Assistant or engagement team for completion
•Conduct quality and completeness checks to ensure documentation is accurate, consistent, and audit‑ready
•Maintain clear case documentation and trackers to support governance, reporting, and inspection requirements
•Build and maintain effective working relationships with onshore stakeholders through regular interactions and meetings
•Comply with information security, confidentiality, and data protection requirements always
Educational qualifications
•Qualifications: Graduate degree from Tier 1/Tier 2 institute
Work experience
Graduate with 0-2 year of experience
Preferred technical & functional skills
•Analytical and judgement-based decision-making: Strong ability to assess complex facts, identify red flags, and apply professional judgement.
•Attention to detail & quality review mindset: High accuracy in reviews, documentation, and adherence to quality standards.
•Stakeholder communication: Clear and professional communication with engagement teams, seniors, and reviewers to resolve queries.
•Time management & prioritization: Ability to manage multiple CEAC requests with competing deadlines while maintaining quality.
•Strong work ethic with the ability to deliver high‑quality outputs under tight deadlines while upholding ethical standards
•Self‑motivated, proactive, and committed to producing right‑first‑time deliverables
•High attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately
•Open to constructive feedback and continuous improvement
•Ability to collaborate and perform effectively in a dynamic team environment
