Summary:
As an AI Advisor, you will engage in a dynamic and collaborative environment where your primary focus will be on evaluating, prioritizing, and designing artificial intelligence use cases that address specific business challenges and opportunities. Your typical day will involve working closely with various stakeholders to identify the necessary data and technology requirements, all while striving to simplify and enhance business processes. You will be dedicated to delivering measurable value outcomes and fostering an ecosystem that promotes scaled AI adoption within the organization, ensuring that the solutions you design are both innovative and practical.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to generate innovative AI solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented AI solutions to ensure continuous improvement.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Prompt Engineering, Generative AI.
- Strong understanding of AI frameworks and tools.
- Experience in data analysis and interpretation to inform AI strategies.
- Ability to communicate complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
