Adobe Campaign Developer

Minimum Qualifications: • BE, ME, BTECH, MTECH, MCA, MSC, or MBA. • 3–4 years of hands-on experience working as an Adobe Campaign Developer or in a closely related campaign engineering role. • Strong working experience in Adobe Campaign Classic including workflow development, campaign execution, and troubleshooting. • Practical experience with AJO for journey orchestration and cross-channel campaign execution. • Ability to translate marketing requirements into technical implementations with attention to quality and reliability. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain campaign workflows, deliveries, and technical configurations in Adobe Campaign Classic. • Build and support customer journeys and orchestration use cases using AJO, ensuring timely and accurate execution across channels. • Implement audience segmentation, targeting rules, and personalization logic using profile and behavioral data. • Develop and optimize campaign assets and templates (including dynamic content) to support reusable, scalable execution. • Configure and troubleshoot integrations, data mappings, and inbound/outbound data flows required for campaign operations. • Monitor campaign runs, identify failures or performance bottlenecks, and drive root-cause resolution with clear documentation. • Ensure adherence to best practices for deliverability, compliance, and data governance while executing campaigns. • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, estimate effort, and deliver enhancements aligned to business goals.
