The Practice — A Brief Sketch

The Technology Strategy & Transformation Practice is a part of Accenture Strategy and focuses on the clients' most strategic priorities. We help clients achieve growth and efficiency through innovative R&D transformation, aimed at redefining business models using agile methodologies.

As part of this high-performing team, you will work on scaling AI — and the data that fuels it — to power every single person and every single process. You will be part of our global team of experts who work on the right scalable solutions and services that help clients achieve their business objectives faster.

Business Transformation: Assessment of AI & Data potential, identification of high-value AI use cases, and development of solutions that can transform business operations. Transforming Businesses: Envisioning and designing customised, next-generation data and AI products and services that help clients shift to new business models for today's connected landscape. Formulation of Guiding Principles and Components: Assessing impact to client's technology landscape/architecture and ensuring formulation of relevant guiding principles and platform components. Product and Frameworks: Evaluate existing AI & Data products and frameworks and develop options for proposed solutions.

Bring Your Best Skills Forward to Excel in the Role

• AI Value Assessment & Opportunity Identification: Leverage your knowledge of technology trends across AI & Data and conduct structured AI opportunity assessments — including AI use case identification, value mapping, industry benchmarking, and AI value diagnostics — to identify where AI creates real, measurable value for clients.
• Data & AI Readiness Assessment: Interact with client stakeholders to conduct data maturity assessments and AI readiness reviews, including data infrastructure review, gap analysis, and current-state diagnosis to set the foundation for AI adoption.
• AI Foundation Architecture: Design & guide development of enterprise-wide AI & Data strategy for clients, covering AI architecture design, platform strategy, data architecture, PDLC, foundation design, and cloud architecture to enable AI at scale.
• Strategic Roadmap & Business Case: Develop AI roadmaps, build quantitative and qualitative business cases, lead executive stakeholder engagement, and define value frameworks and prioritisation approaches to establish a fundable, board-level AI strategy.
• Data Governance & Quality: Establish frameworks for effective Data Governance across multi-speed implementations. Define data ownership, standards, policies, and associated processes; drive Data Capability Maturity Assessments and Data Operating Model design.
• Data Platform Strategy: Demonstrate a fair understanding of data platform strategy for cloud migrations, big data technologies, large-scale data lakes, and DW-on-cloud solutions leveraging platforms such as GCP, Azure, AWS, Snowflake, or Databricks.
• Stakeholder & Client Engagement: Conduct discovery workshops and design sessions to elicit AI & Data opportunities and client pain areas. Use advanced presentation, public speaking, and content creation skills for C-level discussions.
• Benchmarking & Industry Expertise: Benchmark against global research and leading industry peers to understand current state and recommend AI & Data solutions. Demonstrate strong understanding of a specific industry — Financial Services, Retail, Consumer Goods, Telecom, Life Sciences, or equivalent.
• Responsible AI: Have a deep understanding of Responsible AI frameworks and tools to engage clients in meaningful discussions and steer towards the right recommendations, including regulatory compliance and ethical AI considerations.
• Budgeting & Financial Proposals: Manage budgeting and forecasting activities and build financial proposals for AI & Data transformation engagements.
