Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support our team by collating, organizing, and maintaining an up-to-date inventory of Commercial Real Estate (CRE) properties. This role is critical in enabling accurate market insights and supporting leasing and advisory activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Compile and maintain a comprehensive database of commercial real estate inventory (office, retail, industrial, etc.)
• Track availability, vacancy status, and key property details across micro-markets
• Coordinate with developers, landlords, and internal teams to gather updated information
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely updates of data across all records
• Support brokers with relevant inventory data for client requirements
• Conduct periodic audits to validate and refresh existing data
• Prepare basic reports, summaries, and dashboards for internal use

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Economics, or related field would be preferred, not mandatory
• 2 years of experience in real estate, research, or data management roles
• Freshers with strong analytical skills and well-rounded knowledge of Bengaluru (geographically) may also be considered
• Languages: Kannada, Hindi and English
