Job Description

Zone Chef

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Zone Chef to lead culinary operations across multiple outlets. This leadership role is responsible for driving food quality, operational excellence, team performance, and cost efficiency while ensuring a consistent guest experience across all locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and optimize kitchen operations across multiple outlets.
  • Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation, taste, and portion standards.
  • Enforce brand SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and operational compliance.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop outlet chefs and kitchen teams to achieve high performance.
  • Monitor food costs, inventory, wastage, and overall kitchen profitability.
  • Drive menu execution, recipe standardization, and successful product launches.
  • Coordinate with procurement, stores, and central kitchen teams to improve efficiency and control costs.
  • Conduct regular audits, outlet visits, and performance reviews.
  • Analyze customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Foster a positive, accountable, and performance-driven culture across all kitchens.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience managing multiple kitchen operations or outlets.
  • Strong leadership, team-building, and people-management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of food production, quality control, and cost management.
  • Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen best practices.
  • Results-oriented with exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
