Warehouse Supervisor

The Organic World is a leading retail chain focused on providing organic, healthy, and sustainable products to customers. We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to manage day-to-day warehouse operations and ensure efficient inventory management and dispatch activities.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and ensure timely stock reconciliation.
• Coordinate with procurement, stores, and logistics teams for smooth stock movement.
• Ensure proper inward and outward documentation of goods.
• Track stock aging, damages, near-expiry products, and inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain warehouse hygiene, safety, and compliance standards.
• Lead and manage warehouse staff, assigning tasks and monitoring productivity.
• Conduct periodic cycle counts and physical stock audits.
• Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices are followed for inventory management.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse performance reports.
• Support online and retail store replenishment requirements.
• Optimize warehouse space utilization and storage practices.
• Required QualificationsGraduate in any discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics.
• Experience in FMCG, Retail, Grocery, Food, or E-commerce warehouses preferred.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP, and MS Excel.
• Strong understanding of stock control and inventory processes.
