Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Provide excellent food and beverage service to guests, students, faculty, and visitors.
- Set up and maintain service areas, buffet counters, dining halls, and banquet venues.
- Ensure timely serving and replenishment of food and beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and grooming standards as per company policies.
- Assist in banquet events, conferences, meetings, and special functions.
- Handle customer queries and provide courteous service.
- Support tuck shop operations including billing, product display, stocking, and customer service.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures at all times.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations.
- Perform opening and closing duties as assigned by supervisors.
- Candidate Requirements:Minimum 6 months of experience in Banquet Service, Restaurant Service, Institutional Catering, Mess Operations, or Food & Beverage Service.
- Basic communication skills in English, Hindi, or local language.
- Good grooming, positive attitude, and customer service orientation.
- Ability to work in shifts and during events.
- Team player with willingness to learn and adapt.
- Preferred Qualification:Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality (Preferred but not mandatory).
- Freshers with hospitality training may also apply.
