Job Overview: Customer Service (Semi-Voice & Voice)
Key DetailsRole: Customer Service Executive (Voice / Semi-Voice)
Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru
Work Schedule: 6 days/week (1 rotational day off)
Shift Timings:
Female: Day shifts between 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Male: Rotational shifts
Eligibility & SalaryEducation: 12th Pass / Undergraduate / Graduate
Languages: Fluent English + Hindi (Mandatory)
Experience & Compensation:
- Freshers: ₹2.8 LPA
- Experienced (1–2 Yrs): Up to ₹3.8 LPA (Customer service & social media escalation experience preferred)
