🎓 Qualification

• Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering
• Certification in CNC Programming is an added advantage

🛠️ Experience

• 3 to 8 Years in VMC Programming & Machining Operations

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Create and optimize LD programs for VMC machines
• Develop CNC programs using CAD/CAM software
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T
• Select suitable cutting tools, fixtures, and machining parameters
• Support production team for cycle time improvement
• Conduct prove-out and troubleshooting of CNC programs
• Ensure dimensional accuracy and process quality
• Coordinate with tool room and production departments

💻 Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of VMC programming
• Experience in Mastercam / Powermill / NX CAM
• Knowledge of Fanuc controllers
• Understanding of tooling, fixtures, and machining processes
• Exposure to precision manufacturing industries preferred
