Job Summary

The Vice President will design the strategic blueprint for corporate expansion, brand equity layout, and overall top-line revenue growth for The Urban Properties. This executive role steers multi-site operations, directs departmental heads, and manages high-net-worth investor relations. Strategic sales and marketing and overall project handling and Administration. In house handling. Approved Project within city limits which is ready for registration and construction. 

Key Responsibilities

· Strategic Growth: Architect commercial and residential market entry models across Bengaluru.

Required Competencies

· Authoritative knowledge of Bengaluru's micro-market valuations.

· Excellent executive presentation, negotiation skills, and board-level reporting.

· Demonstrated history of successfully scaling real estate corporate assets.

Overall in house experience overall project handling and Administration

· Approved Project within city limits which is ready for registration and construction.
