Job SummaryWe are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for the Video KYC (VKYC) process. The candidate will be responsible for verifying customer identities through video calls and ensuring that all KYC procedures comply with banking guidelines.
- Roles and ResponsibilitiesConduct video calls with customers for identity verification.
- Verify customer documents, including PAN cards and Aadhaar cards, as per company policy.
- Validate customer details and ensure accurate data entry.
- Guide customers through the Video KYC process.
- Maintain customer records and update information in the system.
