Job Description:

Synergy Jawa Yezdi is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Two-Wheeler Sales Executive with a minimum of 1 year of experience in automobile or two-wheeler sales. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in English and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and understand their vehicle requirements.
• Explain the features, specifications, and benefits of Jawa and Yezdi motorcycles.
• Conduct test ride coordination and product demonstrations.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Follow up with customer enquiries and convert leads into sales.
• Maintain customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Coordinate with the finance and insurance teams to facilitate vehicle deliveries.
• Keep up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and competitor activities.
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely completion of the sales process.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in two-wheeler or automobile sales.
• Good English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Ability to achieve sales targets.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM systems is an advantage).
• Valid two-wheeler driving licence preferred.

Qualification:

• Any Graduate or PUC/12th Pass with relevant sales experience.
