Job Summary

The Two-Wheeler Mechanic is responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining motorcycles, scooters, and other two-wheeled vehicles. The role requires technical knowledge of engine systems, electrical components, and routine maintenance procedures to ensure customer vehicles operate safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in two-wheelers.
• Perform routine maintenance, including oil changes, brake servicing, chain adjustments, and tire replacement.
• Repair or replace defective parts such as engines, clutches, suspension systems, and electrical components.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and road tests to identify faults and verify repairs.
• Use diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot problems.
• Maintain accurate service records and job cards.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and workshop procedures.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Advise customers on maintenance requirements and repair recommendations.
