• Roles & ResponsibilitiesWork from a designated two-wheeler showroom.
• Assist walk-in customers interested in purchasing vehicles through finance.
• Explain loan products, EMI options, and financing schemes to customers.
• Guide customers through the loan application process.
• Collect and verify customer documents required for loan processing.
• Coordinate with internal teams for loan approval and disbursement.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and showroom staff.
• Achieve monthly business and sales targets.
• Ensure excellent customer service throughout the loan journey.
