📞 Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate and convert travel enquiries.

🏖️ Explain holiday, tour, and travel packages clearly to prospective customers.

📋 Manage travel arrangements, reservations, and booking-related activities.

💻 Use travel management software and booking systems to manage customer requirements.

🤝 Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent service.

🔄 Follow up with prospective customers and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.

😊 Assist customers with their travel needs before and during the booking process.

📈 Stay updated with travel platforms, destinations, tourism trends, and package offerings.

🎯 Achieve assigned sales and booking targets.

🤝 Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth travel arrangements and customer experiences.

💰 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month, as per skill & experience
