Job Description
- Handle domestic and international travel inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and emails
- Sell holiday packages, airline tickets, hotel bookings, visa services, and Umrah packages
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable travel solutions
- Convert leads into confirmed sales and achieve monthly sales targets
- Upsell travel services including hotels, sightseeing, transfers, insurance, and upgrades
- Provide accurate fare quotations, itineraries, and travel information
- Coordinate with suppliers, airlines, hotels, and ground teams when required
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business
- Follow up with potential customers and pending inquiries
- Maintain proper CRM records and booking details
- Stay updated with travel trends, airline policies, visa requirements, and destination knowledge
