Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer travel inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and social media
- Sell domestic and international holiday packages
- Assist customers with airline ticket bookings, hotel reservations, visa services, and Umrah packages
- Understand customer travel requirements and provide suitable travel solutions
- Prepare travel quotations, itineraries, and package details
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed sales
- Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals
- Upsell additional travel services including sightseeing, transfers, insurance, and upgrades
- Maintain proper customer records and booking details
- Coordinate with suppliers, hotels, airlines, and ground teams when required
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the travel process
