Job Description

About the RoleHong Sau Resorts is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Manager to lead our resort reservations and sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in telesales, hospitality sales, insurance sales, credit card sales, or other high-conversion sales environments. The role involves driving room bookings, corporate events, weddings, family outings, and holiday packages through outbound and inbound sales efforts.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the telesales team to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Generate room bookings, banquet bookings, corporate outings, destination weddings, and event sales.
  • Handle inbound inquiries from website, OTA platforms, social media, and referrals.
  • Conduct outbound calling campaigns to generate new business opportunities.
  • Build relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, schools, and institutions.
  • Monitor sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up of all leads.
  • Develop sales scripts, objection-handling techniques, and conversion strategies.
  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance metrics.
  • Train and mentor telesales executives to improve conversion rates.
  • Coordinate with operations, reservations, and marketing teams for smooth customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems.
  • Desired Candidate ProfileBachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience.
  • At least 2 years of team handling experience in telesales.
  • Experience in hospitality, life insurance, health insurance, banking, credit cards, real estate, or luxury services preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
