We are a full-stack, technology-driven, direct-to-customer refurbished IT assets company. Our operations cover the entire reverse supply chain—from procuring used IT assets from corporates, refurbishing them to like-new condition at our state-of-the-art 40,000+ sq. ft. facility, and delivering them to retail customers and SMEs across India.
With a workforce of over 400 employees, our mission is to provide "NewJaisa" products with warranty support while helping corporates reduce e-waste.

Job Title: Inside Sales Executive (Freshers)
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads and qualify opportunities.
- Engage with leads through phone, email, and other communication channels to understand their business requirements and educate them about the company's products and services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Provide timely responses to customer inquiries and address concerns effectively.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
- Continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills through training and development programs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proven ability to achieve targets.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the software industry and familiarity with SaaS products is an added advantage.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic startup environment.
- English and Hindi (Mandatory)
