Job Title: Inside Sales Executive (Freshers)


Roles & Responsibilities


  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads and qualify opportunities.
  • Engage with leads through phone, email, and other communication channels to understand their business requirements and educate them about the company's products and services.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Provide timely responses to customer inquiries and address concerns effectively.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
  • Continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills through training and development programs.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a proven ability to achieve targets.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of the software industry and familiarity with SaaS products is an added advantage.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic startup environment.
  • English and Hindi (Mandatory)
