Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to join our automobile team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, generating leads, scheduling showroom visits and test rides, and following up with potential customers to support vehicle sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Handle inbound inquiries regarding vehicles, pricing, offers, and finance options.
• Generate and qualify sales leads.
• Schedule showroom visits and test drives.
• Follow up with customers to convert inquiries into sales.
• Maintain customer records and update CRM/database.
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead assignment and customer support.
• Achieve daily calling and monthly lead generation and sales targets.
• Resolve basic customer queries and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers to customers to support sales conversion.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales (automobile experience preferred).
• Good communication skills in English and the local language.
• Basic computer knowledge and CRM proficiency.
• Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
