Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the company's database.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and current offers.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule site visits for the sales team.
- Maintain regular communication with prospects to nurture and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Update customer interactions and lead status accurately in the CRM system.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely information.
- Coordinate effectively with the Sales Team to ensure seamless lead handover.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Maintain high standards of customer service throughout the sales process.
- Work Schedule Working Days: Wednesday to Monday
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM and 10.00 AM - 7.00 PM
- Weekly Off: Tuesday
