Job Description

The Telesales Executive is responsible for generating sales and revenue by contacting potential and existing customers over the phone, understanding their requirements, promoting products/services, and converting leads into customers. The role requires strong communication, persuasion, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads and databases.
  • Explain company products and services to customers.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Generate qualified leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication.
  • Handle customer inquiries and objections professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Update customer information and sales activities in the CRM database.
  • Prepare daily sales reports and performance updates.
  • Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
  • 1–5 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, inside sales, or customer service.
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
