Tele Sales Executive – NGO Job Description

Job Title: Tele Sales Executive / Tele Fundraising Executive

Job Summary: 

 We are looking for a confident and compassionate Tele Sales Executive to support our NGO’s fundraising and outreach activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing donors.

Explain the NGO’s mission, programs, and social-impact activities.

Communicate fundraising campaigns and donation opportunities.

Maintain accurate records of calls, donor details, follow-ups, and commitments.

Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly fundraising or calling targets.

Coordinate with the fundraising and field teams.

Send follow-up information through approved communication channels when required.

Required Skills:

Good communication and convincing skills.

Pleasant and confident telephone manner.

Basic computer knowledge and CRM/data-entry skills.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Knowledge of Kannada/Hindi/English or other local languages is an advantage.

Qualification & Experience:

12th pass or graduate.

Freshers can apply.

Compensation: Fixed salary + performance-based incentives, depending on the NGO’s policy.

Someone who is good at communication, patient with people, passionate about social causes, and comfortable speaking to donors over the phone.
