Job OverviewSinuos Infra is looking for energetic and confident professionals to join our Outbound Sales & Telecalling Team. The role focuses on generating quality leads, communicating with potential customers, promoting construction services, and converting inquiries into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities📞 Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain Sinuos Infra services

🏡 Promote Architecture, Construction & Interior solutions

🎯 Generate and qualify leads for the sales team

📋 Maintain customer database and follow-up records

💬 Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide solutions

📈 Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets

🤝 Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for lead conversion

📲 Follow up through calls, WhatsApp, and CRM tools

📊 Prepare basic reports and update lead status regularly

Requirements✔ Good communication skills (English + Kannada preferred)

✔ Basic sales and negotiation skills

✔ Positive attitude and customer handling ability

✔ Knowledge of telecalling, outbound sales, or marketing preferred

✔ Basic computer and CRM knowledge
