๐ Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement
- Interact with customers through phone calls, live video consultations, chat, and email to explain products, membership plans, and services effectively.
Sales & Conversion
- Manage end-to-end sales conversations, understand customer needs, and convert qualified leads into happy customers.
Brand Representation
- Act as a trusted representative of Gro Club by delivering a professional, friendly, and seamless customer experience.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build customer confidence by clearly communicating the benefits of our subscription and upgrade model.
Follow-ups & Support
- Ensure timely follow-ups, address customer queries, and support customers throughout their purchase journey.
Cross-functional Coordination
- Collaborate closely with operations and internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and service delivery.
Solution-based Selling
- Understand customer requirements and recommend personalized solutions that best fit their needs.
Events & Promotions
- Assist in marketing events, product demonstrations, and on-ground promotional activities whenever required.
โ Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Multilingual communication is a strong advantage: Kannada, Hindi, Telugu, Marathi, etc.
- Comfortable using CRM tools, email platforms, and customer support systems
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and ability to work collaboratively within teams
