Job Description
Key Responsibilities • Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain company products/services. • Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities. • Follow up with potential customers and maintain a strong sales pipeline. • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions. • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems. • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. • Handle customer queries and provide prompt resolutions. • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding. Eligibility Criteria • Minimum 1+ year of experience in Tele Sales, Telecalling, Inside Sales, or Customer Acquisition. • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools. • Ability to work in a target-driven environment. • Self-motivated with a positive attitude. • Mandatory Languages: English, Kannada, and Hindi (Read, Write & Speak). Qualification Any Graduate / PUC with relevant telesales experience. Preferred Skills • Experience in EV, Mobility, Automotive, or related industries is an added advantage. • Strong interpersonal and customer relationship management skills. • Ability to handle objections and convert leads effectively.
