  • Job ResponsibilitiesContact and qualify seller leads generated through various channels.
  • Understand customer requirements and guide them through the vehicle selling process.
  • Schedule vehicle inspections and ensure timely completion.
  • Coordinate with customers for KYC, documentation, and listing activation.
  • Sell paid seller packages and promote value-added services.
  • Generate revenue through package sales, renewals, upselling, and cross-selling.
  • Coordinate between buyers and sellers to facilitate successful transactions.
  • Follow up regularly to ensure smooth closure of sales.
  • Manage an assigned seller portfolio and resolve customer queries promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Desired Candidate Profile1–4 years of experience in Tele Sales, Inside Sales, Customer Acquisition, Customer Support, Relationship Management, or Account Management.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment.
  • Good command of English and regional language(s).
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
  • Experience in Automotive, Fintech, Marketplace, E-commerce, Classifieds, Banking, or Internet-based businesses is an added advantage.
