Telesales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, explaining our hair treatment services to clients, scheduling appointments, and maintaining good communication with patients.

Key Responsibilities:

* Make outbound calls to leads and potential clients

* Handle inbound inquiries professionally

* Explain company services and treatments to clients

* Schedule and confirm appointments

* Maintain follow-up with interested patients

* Update client details and call records in the system

* Coordinate with clinic staff and management

* Maintain professional and polite communication at all times

Requirements:

* Good communication skills

* Basic computer knowledge

* Fluent in Kannada and basic English

* Ability to handle calls confidently

* Positive attitude and convincing skills

* Fresher and experienced candidates can apply

Preferred Skills:

* Telecalling or customer service experience is an advantage

* Good listening and interpersonal skills

* Ability to work in a team environment
